Suman brings over 15 years of diversified experience across Human Resources, Payroll Management, Finance, and Corporate Administration, having contributed to renowned organizations such as MAN Diesel, IVITESSE, and other large multinational environments.

A management graduate from one of India’s leading institutes, Suman has built a distinguished career spanning nearly two decades. She has successfully led payroll operations for over 1,000 employees, including both on-roll and off-roll staff, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless workforce management.

With deep expertise in people management, financial coordination, and organizational development, Suman possesses a unique ability to understand businesses at their core. Her strong interpersonal skills and market awareness have enabled her to build meaningful relationships across diverse sectors including manufacturing, services, hospitality, and education.
