The Company has 2 major Business segments – EPC and Real Estate.
- EPC Segment
- Over 30 years of diverse experience.
- Cumulative construction over 50 Mn. Sq. ft. so far
- Customer has bagged orders worth Rs. ~2,050 Crs in last 2 year.
- Presently, Customer has an EPC order book of ~Rs. 2,110 Crs and the same is to be executed over next 34 years. Approx. 85% of the orders are government orders.
- EPC Order book has grown over 4 times in last 3 years.
- Real Estate segment
- Real estate portfolio of ~235 acres (through JV’s / JDA’s) with a developable area of ~27.4 Mn. sq. ft.
- Costefficient business model through JDA and JV
- Customer has also launched 6 new projects in commercial, affordable and aspirational housing space.
- Out of 7 launched Project, 6 projects are fully sold, rest is above 60% sold.
- In last 3.75 years from FY 18, company has sold real estate inventory worth ~Rs. 656 Crores.
- Other Business
- GMP Technical, acquired in FY2011, one of the largest manufacturers of clean room partitioning systems and Turnkey solution provider
- Portfolio of 2 hotel properties.
- Non-Core Assets
- In Last 3 years, Company has realized NonCore Assets worth Rs. 227.00 crores
- Rs. 50 Crs (Hadapsar School worth Rs. 36.5 Crs and Baner land JV share worth Rs. 13.10 Crs).
- Rs. 7.57 Crs (Investments in City Hospitals)
