Coming with experiences more than 22+ year with Mid & large corporate banking and also having banking experiences like Asst. General Manager with STCI Limited(Subsidiary of Bank of India), CITIBank , ABN Amro, HSBC, Aditya Birla Capital Ltd, Fullerton India Credit Ltd, etc. Last assignment, in the capacity of the Assistant General Manager; he managed Private Equity, Venture Capital, Debt for Mid and Large corporate Product Development, Strategy & Analytics, Strategic Alliances, Corporate Communication, and PR.
He ishighly passionate individual who can ideate, drive and implement;he is solution orientedprofessional. He prides himself on being able to make something out of nothing while leveraging the functional strength of all departments around him. After completing Master in Business Administration(Marketing & System) from Pune, he has completed Executive Post graduate Diploma from IIM Kozhikode(India), Senior Management Programme from Cambridge Judge Business School, London-UK and Fintech Innovation in Blockchain from Cambridge Judge Business School, London-UK.

Suman has vast experience of 15+ years in Human Resource, Payrolling, Finance, and work with different large corporates like Men Diesel, IVITESSE etc.
Suman is Management graduate from one of the reputed institutes of India and she has been working in Human Resources, finance, Accounting etc for over a two decade. she has successfully originated and completed payrolling of over 1,000 on-roll and off-roll staffs. She has strong understanding of personal relationships, markets and her ability to understand businesses at their core has helped her build a portfolio in major industries like manufacturing, service, hospitality, education, and more. She brings invaluable experience and insight to help businesses choose the appropriate source of finance and scale up sustainably. She has helped to launch young men and women and excel more than 2K individuals in her personal career..
